Firefighters battled a 5-acre brushfire in the Santa Ana Riverbed in Eastvale Tuesday night. The fire was reported just before 9pm. No homes are threatened are there are no evacuations. The fire is burning through thick vegetation which is making it difficult for firefighters to access. Firefighters will remain at the scene until all hot spots have been mopped up.
