A pedestrian was killed early Sunday morning on Towne Avenue near ninth street. The driver of the vehicle failed to stop. When police and paramedics arrived at 1:36am the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. One Killed in Fatal Pomona Crash
One person was killed Saturday night after a fatal crash in Pomona. Two vehicles collided at Ninth and Reservoir streets just before 7pm. A second driver was transported to the hospital with moderate injuries. Pomona Police closed off the area for the traffic investigation. Both vehicles appeared to have major damage.
