A local neighborhood market burned to the ground late Tuesday night in the city of Upland. The fire broke out at Sandy’s Market at 85 Grove ave just before midnight. Firefighters from the San Bernardino County Fire department arrived to find the market fully involved in flames.
The building is a total loss. It is unclear the amount of the loss. The market has been a local neighborhood staple for years according to residents. The fire is under investigation.
