Two people sustained non-life threatening gunshot wounds after an altercation in a bar parking lot in the unincorporated Woodcrest community of Riverside. The shooting happened at Flat Top Bar & Grill in the 17900 block of Van Buren Boulevard at 12:49am early Saturday morning.
Riverside Sheriff Deputies found two males with gunshot wounds. They were rushed to local hospitals and are listed in stable condition. Investigators say an altercation involving several people outside of the bar led up to the gunfire. An uniformed security guard could be seen inside of the bar while deputies collected evidence. A bullet hole could also be seen in a rear passenger door of a vehicle. No one inside of the bar appeared to be injured.
