The search for a missing couple in the Angeles National Forest came to a tragic end Tuesday afternoon. 19 year old Ethan Manzano and his girlfriend, 19-year old Sophia Edwards hadn’t been seen since July 1st.
They were near the area of Newcombe Ranch in the Angeles National Forest. Manzano’s 2007 Isuzu Ascender was found crashed over the side of Angeles Crest Highway. Two bodies were also found at the crash site with both teens belongings. While the coroner still has to make a positive identification, family members believe the bodies are Manzano and Edwards.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff is investigating the crash.
