The 452 Air Mobility Wing flew two jets out of March Air Force base over a dozen inland empire hospitals as a tribute to healthcare workers and first responders working the COVID-19 pandemic.

A C-17 Globemaster and KC-135 Stratotanker refueling aircraft took off out of March Thursday afternoon for a tour around the inland empire, flying over 17 hospitals in total.

First Responders and healthcare workers stood outside of their respective hospitals waving flags and taking pictures as the aircraft flew 1800 feet above. The flyovers were part of an #AmericaStrong campaign.
