A car wash in San Bernardino was damaged by fire Saturday afternoon. Firefighters arrived at the car wash in the 4000 block of University Avenue and found a vehicle fully involved in fire. Heavy winds in the area hampered the firefighters efforts.
The car wash received interior damage, however firefighters were able to save the adjacent structure and gas station. The fire was knocked down within twenty-minutes. There were no reported injuries. The cause is under investigation.
