San Bernardino Sheriff Deputies arrested a junior high school teacher at Townsend Junior High School in Chino Hills after he was found to be intoxicated on the campus. The teacher, 49-year old Clifford Harper was taken into custody around 11am Thursday.
Harper is listed on the school’s website as a STEM technology and woodshop teacher. It is unknown if he was actively teaching classes at the time of his arrest.
