Pomona Police detectives are investigating to separate homicides. The first one took place Saturday night around 7:30pm. Police officers received a call of a male adult suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of Holt and Loranne Avenues. The male was rushed to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
The second call came in early Sunday morning. A male adult was found suffering from gunshot wounds in alley off of Garey avenue and Grove street. The male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
