An Eighteen year old male was gunned down in Highland Tuesday evening. The victim was identified as Cesar Pineda from Redlands. Deputies responded to the 26300 block of 9th avenue around 6:19pm and found Pineda suffering from gunshot wounds.
Pineda was pronounced deceased at the scene. San Bernardino County Sheriff Homicide Detectives are investigating and have not released suspect information or a motive for the shooting.
