The San Bernardino County Fire Department rescued three people from a Jeep Gladiator early Sunday morning in Lytle Creek. The victims got stuck after driving into the creek around 2:30am. Rescuers in swift water gear made their way to the stranded Jeep and brought the victims across the flowing creek one-by-one. The San Bernardino County Fire Department says two adults and one child were inside the Jeep.

The victims were not injured and declined medical transport. Heavy rains in the area caused waters to rapidly rise in the creek.
