Homicide Detectives in Fontana are investigating the fatal stabbing. The suspect identified as Alex Zamora, a 20-year old resident of Riverside went to the 15100 block of Athol street in Fontana around 11:30am Wednesday morning and got into an altercation with his girlfriend. The girlfriend’s sister attempted to intervene and was fatally stabbed. The girlfriend also suffered injuries in the incident.
Zamora fled the scene and was later arrested for murder.
