A 15-year old sophomore at Alta Loma High School was shot and killed at a Bloomington Halloween party. The shooting happened around 2:30am Tuesday morning in the 1000 block of Geronimo avenue. Investigators spent much of Monday collecting evidence from the crime scene. Neighbors report a few hundred kids began running from the scene when the shots were fired.
The sophomore who attends Alta Loma High School has been identified by family members as Robert Plyley. The school had guidance counselors available and urged parents to check in on their kids. The San Bernardino Sheriff Department has not arrested anyone in connection with the shooting and are still trying to find a motive.
