A man is in the hospital after being shot several time at a youth football game in Ontario. The shooting happened around 10:45am at Colony High School at 3850 East Riverside Drive. The game was a “non-school-sponsored” event. Typically leagues can rent the school facilities on weekends when available.
Ontario Police arrested 37-year old Lawrence Langston from Pasadena in connection with the shooting. Police say Langston brandished a firearm and shot at the victim several times then fled the scene. While there were dozens of children and parents at the game, no one else was hurt.
