A Monday afternoon storm parked itself over the San Bernardino County Mountains causing massive mud and debris flows. In Forest Falls and unknown number and homes and cars were buried from the mudslide. San Bernardino County Fire department spent hours going door to door looking for victims.
Over in Oak Glen it was the same story. The Oak Glen Steakhouse suffered damage when mud flowed through the building. Mud covered Oak Glen Road near Potato Canyon Road causing officials to shut down the road and evacuate residents. The clean-up is expected to be lengthy and there is another slight chance of thunderstorms threatening to cause more damage.
