Tropical Storm Kay brought much needed rain to the Inland Empire on Friday. The rain was welcome sight for the Radford and Fairview Fires. Officials were able to increase containment numbers. Officials are keeping a close eye on both areas as Kay also brings high winds and possible flash flooding.
So far, there hasn’t been any reported damage. Tropical Kay will last through the weekend with scattered showers.
