The body of a 9-year old drowning victim has been recovered by Riverside County Sheriff dive teams in Lake Elsinore. According to the department, several juveniles were playing near the docks at Launch Pointe Beach when two of them began having difficulties swimming Sunday morning around 10:30am. A bystander brought one of the juveniles to shore but the other went under water and never resurfaced.
The dive team located the body of the juvenile around 2:30am after searching the water.
