A bicyclist died from his injuries after a collision with two vehicles in Rancho Cucamonga. The accident happened at Foothill Boulevard and Baker Avenue around 10:20pm on Monday night. The drivers of both vehicles stayed at the scene to cooperate with police.
The bicycle rider identified as 57-year Timothy Warwick from Upland was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. The collision is being investigated by the San Bernardino Sheriff Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT).
