San Bernardino County firefighters battled an early morning fire that started in an apartment unit and quickly spread to the attic. The fire broke out around 2am early Saturday morning at the Linda Vista apartments in the 300 block of West 8th street in San Bernardino.
Firefighters made an aggressive attack to put out the flames which could be seen coming from the roof of the building. It took firefighters about 30 minutes to completely control and knock down the fire. Several residents were displaced as a result of the fire. There were no reported injuries.
