A person overhearing a conversation during a domestic dispute prompted a big law enforcement response to Wiseman Avenue in Upland. It all went down around 6am after a 911 caller heard the occupants in an apartment say kids were deceased and put in trash bags.

When police responded, the occupants refused to exit the apartment. A perimeter was established and a tactical team along with crisis negotiators responded. A female came out of the apartment and officers continued their negotiations with the male.
The children were found safe and were not at the apartment at the time of the call. The male finally surrendered to police around 10:30am. It is unclear if either the male or female will face any charges.
