Pomona Police officers have a double murder mystery on their hands. Officers responded to the 200 block of Ridgeway Street just after midnight Wednesday after a 911 caller located a male adult victim lying in the roadway. The victim appeared to have been struck by gunfire. Police located a second male adult victim, also struck by gunfire several yards away.
Homicide detectives responded to collect evidence. The motive for the shootings is unknown and police do not have any suspect information. The area is near several industrial warehouse type businesses and also borders a residential neighborhood.
