A tire shop went up in flames Thursday night in the city of Ontario. The fire was reported just after 8pm in the 400 block of East Emporia Ave.
The stubborn fire took over an hour to control. Firefighters spent the next several hours after that mopping up hot spots. Most of the building appears to be total loss as well the contents inside. There were no injuries to any firefighters or civilians. The cause is under investigation.
