A one-year old child has died, and seven other people were injured in a house fire early Sunday morning. The fire broke out on Dolan Drive around 1:30am. Firefighters and Riverside County Sheriff Deputies found three people outside the of the house suffering from burns and smoke inhalation. It was quickly learned that a fourth victim was inside the house.

 Four deputies suffered smoke inhalation when the attempted to go into the house and rescue the victim. Eventually firefighters located the victim. All four occupants of the house were transported to local hospitals with serious injuries. A short time later, the one-year old child was pronounced dead. The fire appears to have started in a back bedroom in the house and is under investigation.
