Teen Shot in San Bernardino Officer Involved Shooting

A thirteen-year-old called San Bernardino Police at 1:52pm Thursday, stating he had just killed three people. The call was traced to the Pioneer Cemetery at 211 E. 9th Street.  He told the dispatcher “if they don’t kill me, I’ll have to kill them.”  While on the phone, the suspect fired multiple shots. As officers arrived, they located the suspect holding a gun with an extended magazine. The suspect was given numerous verbal commands to drop the gun.
