A driver in Fontana was killed early Tuesday morning after crashing through the Sierra Avenue overpass. The white pick up truck landed in the eastbound lanes of the 10 freeway at Sierra Avenue and burst into flames killing the driver inside. The crash happened just after 4am.
All lanes of the Eastbound 10 freeway were shutdown for the investigation. Debris littered the freeway lanes. Cal trans is assessing the damage to the bridge.
