San Bernardino County Makes it to Red Tier

San Bernardino County has been moved into the less restrictive red tier. Under state guidelines, restaurants can reopen to indoor service at a limited capacity. Gyms, bars that serve food and movie theatres are also allowed to reopen for limited indoor capacity as well.

The county was moved to the red tier after the state hit a vaccination metric. A certain number of the population had to have the COVID-19 vaccine in order for business to reopen. As case rates continue to drop, counties can move in even lesser restrictive tiers allowing for more capacity and more indoor reopenings.

Riverside and Los Angeles counties also reopened indoor services this week.
