Man Shot by CHP Officers on 10 Freeway in Upland

A man was shot by CHP officers on the 10 freeway in Upland, Friday afternoon. According to CHP, the man who was walking on the freeway charged at officers with a knife. The officer-involved shooting happened on the 10 Freeway at Euclid Avenue.

The freeway was closed for hours for the investigation.
