One person was killed after a pursuit suspect crashed into the vehicle they were traveling in Wednesday afternoon in Fontana. Fontana Police were chasing a suspect related to a criminal investigation through several cities.
The suspect collided with another vehicle on Beech avenue near the 210 Freeway. One person was killed inside the innocent vehicle while another was transported to a local hospital with major injuries. The suspect also had a passenger in the vehicle who was also transported to a local hospital.
The Fontana Police Department major accident investigation team has taken over the investigation of the accident.
