A man in Chino was shot and later pronounced dead in a domestic violence incident in Chino. The shooting occurred in the 6500 block of Riverside Drive Tuesday night. Police received a 911 call of shots fired just before 8pm and found 34-year old Richard Lazama suffering from gunshot wounds next to a pick-up truck. Lazama was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Chino police homicide team is investigating and say the shooting appeared to be an isolated incident. Anyone with information is asked to call the Chino police department.
