The State of California has moved Riverside County into a less restrictive tier, allowing businesses to reopen. The county is now in the Red Tier after COVID-19 metrics improved. The county has seen less than the set positive cases per day per 100 residents. A county must remain that way for 2 weeks before moving tiers.
Gyms, Bars, Fitness Studios, Movie Theatres, restaurants, churches and indoor shopping is allowed to reopen with limited indoor capacity.
The state also allowed nail salons to reopen statewide, however counties could still further restrict reopening.
