Gyms, Movie Theatres and Bars Can Reopen

The State of California is moving into Stage 3 of its reopening plan. This means Gyms, Movie Theatres and Bars are allowed to re-open. Businesses will be required to follow all of the health guidelines which include sanitization and social distancing.

Elderly and vulnerable members of the population are asked not to visit these establishments to protect themselves.

Movie Theatres will be required to have limited seating and only 25 percent capacity or 100 guests.

Other businesses on the opening list include:

-Schools, day camps and daycares.

-Campgrounds and outdoor recreation


-museums, galleries, zoos and aquariums

-professional sports without fans

-entertainment centers
