37-year old Alberto Torres was arrested in San Bernardino after a deadly shooting in Fontana on Sunday afternoon.
Police say Torres shot two people in a residence in the 7700 block of Juniper avenue around 2pm. Both victims were transported to local hospitals. One of the victims, a 28-year old male died of gunshots to his upper body. The second victim, a 50-year old male is expected to survive.
Fontana Police Detectives determined there was an argument at the location. They tracked Torres to San Bernardino where he was arrested during a traffic stop on the 215 freeway.
