Two Arrested for Child Endangerment and Animal Cruelty in Chino Hills

San Bernardino County Sheriff deputies arrested 2 suspects for child endangerment and animal cruelty in Chino Hills. A call came in at 8:22am for a domestic disturbance in the 15100 block of Fairfield Ranch Rd. Upon arrival deputies discovered an illegal puppy mill with 4 dogs and 5 puppies inside the location. They also found a young child. Conditions inside the home were unsanitary for the dogs and the child. Deputies arrested 27-year-old Thamasa Brooks and 28-year-old Daundre Hines.

Child protective services were called to take the child and animal control came and removed the dogs from the home.
